President's Responsibilities |

Organize and oversee monthly meeting of officers and class
representatives
* Oversee all fund raising activities including the submission
of information to the
school and coaching staffs
* Assist sub-committees of Parent Association
* Communicate with school regarding all aspects of the teams
* Communicate with Head Coach regarding fund raising and parent
association activities
* Schedule all fund raising events, social events, and parent
meetings with school
* Submit all deposits to school with proper documentation
* Provide an atmosphere of open communication with parents
* Coordinate registration process
* Ensure all game day responsibilities are assigned and carried
out.
* Advise Freshman coaching staff of activities and provide
Welcome
Reception for the Freshman
* Coordinate the annual banquet
* Attend the Varsity Games and functions of the Parents'
Association.

Record minutes of monthly meetings and submit to Board members,
head coach and school administrators.
* Communicate pertinent team information to parents
* Create Directory
* Assist president and vice president with team business
* Remind Board members of, and attend monthly meetings
* Attend varsity games and all functions of the parent's
association
